How to delete my account

We are sorry to see you go, if there is anything we can do to change your mind, let us know.

Note: Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible.

If you would like to request to delete your account:

Open the Opal app
Go to Settings => Help Center => Feedback & Subscriptions => Delete my Account
You will find a link that will submit an account deletion and data erasure request.
