What are block screens?

Block screens are the screens that Opal shows you when you try to access an app that is being actively blocked. They are reminders that you don't actually need to access a given app.

What type of Block Screens are there?

There are three categories of block screens:

• Pop Culture: Find funny pop culture references when you open a distracting app.
• Focus Haiku: Find little pieces of wisdom every time you open a distracting app.
• Luminaries: Discover inspirational quotes from influential thinkers to help you accomplish your potential.

How do I customize my Block Screens?

To customize your Opal block screens, take the following steps:

• Open the Opal app
• Tap on "Settings" (accessible from the top right corner of the "Profile" tab)
• Tap on "Customize Block Screen"
• Toggle the Block Screens you prefer on and off
