We love hearing from our community! The best way to report bugs to the Opal team is through the Help & Support section of our app (you can download the app here). To do so, click on the Support Chat link in your Opal Settings (accessible from the top right corner of your Profile tab). Otherwise, the best way to share ideas and feedback is on community.opal.so.
Here are steps to follow:
We have a Support Chat available inside the app.
For Immediate Assistance:
- Go to your Opal Settings (accessible from the top right corner of your Profile tab).
- Scroll to the to find 'Support Chat'.
- Send any question you have here.
- You will Chat with our AI agent, which can answer most common questions immediately on how to use Opal, payments or subscriptions, and more. It is trained with all of our latest documentation on how Opal works, payments/subscriptions, and more.
Within Two Business Days:
If you need more help, you can talk an Opal Human agent. To do this:
-In Support chat, tap the Mail icon to the top right of the chat. You will be presented with an interface to send a message to our team.
