How to contact Opal

We love hearing from our community! There are multiple ways to get in contact with us, depending on what you need to say.

How to contact Opal Support via the iOSΒ App

We have a Support Chat available inside the iOSΒ version of the app. To access it, follow these steps:

  • Open the Opal App
  • Tap on your Opal "Settings"Β (accessible from the top right corner of your "Profile" tab)
  • Tap on "Contact Us"
  • Input your inquiry

Please note that you will chat with our Chatbot, which can answer most common questions about Opal. However, if you need additional assistance after following the recommended troubleshooting steps, you can contact Support directly by clicking on the Mail icon in the top right corner of the Support Chat. Using this flow is the best option to contact Support, as your error logs and account information will be included when you contact Support. Please also include a description of the problem, as well as any screenshots or videos of the problem you are encountering.

How to Contact Opal Support via the Mac App

We do not currently have a Support Chat available inside the Mac app. Instead, you may contact the Support team by following these steps:

  • Open the Mac app
  • Click on the "Settings" option in the left panel
  • Select "Give Feedback" and type in your inquiry

We strive to answer within two business days. When you contact Support, please include information about your OS, the version of the Mac App you are on, the email and/or phone number your account is associated with, and any screenshots or videos of the problem you are encountering.

How to Contact Opal Support via the Android App

We do not currently have a Support Chat available inside the Android app. Instead, you may contact the Support team by following these steps:

  • Open the Opal App
  • Tap on your "Profile" (accessible from the top right corner of your "Blocks" tab)
  • Tap on "Contact Support"
  • Follow the troubleshooting steps listed
  • If that does not solve the problem, please directly email support@opal.so

We strive to answer within two business days. When you contact Support, please include information about your OS, the version of the Android app you are on, the email and/or phone number your account is associated with, and any screenshots or videos of the problem you are encountering.
