We love hearing from our community. The best way to report bugs to the Opal team is through the Contact Us link in Opal settings directly in the Opal app (download it here), the best way to share ideas is on community.opal.so .
We have a Support Chat available inside the app.
Here are steps to follow:
- On the Opal app home screen, click your profile picture/name to open settings
- Scroll to the to find 'Support Chat'
- You will able to Chat with our AI agent, which can answer most common questions immediately on how to use Opal, payments or subscriptions, and more.
- In order to talk an Opal Human agent, tap the Mail icon to the top right of the chat. You will be presented with an interface to send a message to our team. We strive to answer within 2 business days.
