However, if you need additional assistance after following the recommended troubleshooting steps, you can create a ticket within the Support Chat. To do so, simply tap on the mail icon in the top right corner of the chat. Select if you'd like to "Report a Bug," "Suggest an Improvement," or "Ask a Question." If possible, please provide details about exactly where things are going wrong, including video (here's how to do that) or screenshots.Our Support team will respond within two business days, and we appreciate your patience in the meantime.
