There are two ways to cancel your subscription, depending on how you signed up. If you signed up in the Opal mobile app, you can cancel it directly on the App Store. If you signed up on Opal’s website, you can cancel it from the link in the subscription email you received.
NOTE: Uninstalling the Opal app from your device will NOT automatically cancel your subscription! Please follow the appropriate steps to avoid any unwanted charges.

Here are the steps to cancel your Opal iOS subscription:
Please note that it may take up to a day for Apple to process cancellations. Please note: Opal does not have control over subscription cancellations, they are handled through Apple directly.
Opal does not collect your credit card information when you purchase through the App Store, so we are unable to provide refunds. If you feel as though you need a refund, please contact the App Store directly to request one.
If you purchased an Opal subscription through the https://account.opal.so website you can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing email@example.com and requesting a cancellation.We will only be able to process cancellation requests sent from the email address which was used to make the original purchase.
For yearly subscription purchases made through the https://account.opal.so website, we are usually able to accommodate refund requests made within 30 days of your purchase.
