How to Re-Install the Opal App if You Have Deleted It, and retrieve your subscription

If you have deleted the Opal app from your device, you can easily re-install it and retrieve your subscription. Here are the steps you need to follow:

  1. Open this link from your iPhone

this link will take you to the Opal app (and install it if you haven't) and allow you to sign in directly in order to recover your account and any subscription to Opal PRO. Please use the email or sign-in method (Apple Connect) you used to create your account initially. If you are reading this on your desktop, you can point your phone camera to this QR code:

      2. Give all Screen Time access authorizations

That's it! With just a few clicks, you can easily re-install the Opal app, recover your subscription and access all of its features again.

Note that if you have deleted the app and re-install it, data that was stored on the app will be lost. You will have to recreate your sessions if any.
