Opal’s "Focus Report" is a valuable resource for measuring your Focus, tracking progress over time, and comparing your own progress with community benchmarks. While screen time can feel very abstract, our "Focus Report" delivers insights to you in a relatable way on both our iOS app and our Android app.
"Focus Reports" are currently only available on the iPhone and iPad version of the Opal; the Mac App does not yet have a Focus Report. Please also note that it's not currently possible to combine cross-device screen time usage into a single "Focus Report" as your data is stored locally on each of your devices due to privacy reasons explained here.
To check out your "Focus Report" on your iPhone or iPad, take the following steps:

Please note that your "Focus Report" will only be available on iOS after you've spent at least one full week using Opal. Additionally, please note that our Mac App does not yet have the "Focus Report" functionality.
