You can choose apps and websites to block with Opal using our Block List and Allow List feature. The Block List and Allow List features will enable you to create a preset list of apps that Opal can block or allow during a Session. To set up a New Block List or a new Allow List, take the following steps:
If you would like to edit or delete an existing Block List or Allow List, follow these steps:
Please note that you are unable to edit or delete a Block List or Allow List if it's currently applied to an active Session that is set to "No way, I'm hardcore". Instead, you must wait until that Session ends to edit it.

When you select apps/websites to add to a Block List or Allow List, you will see the screen depicted above, where you can select from a pre-made list of apps/websites. This list is generated by Apple's Screen Time, and Opal does not have control over what is included. However, all apps on your phone and websites you use frequently on the native Safari web app should be included. Please note that websites you browse frequently via third party apps (such as Chrome, Opera GX, or others) will not be listed. If you cannot find specific apps or websites to add to your Block List, we recommend instead setting up an Allow List.
Unfortunately, all the apps/websites listed on this screen come directly from Apple, and unfortunately we don't have access to that data outside our sandbox. Unfortunately, because it comes from Apple, and we have no access to that data, we're unable to amend or remove any data related to it for you.
You can add up to 49 apps and websites to a Block List or Allow List. There is a counter that will let you know how many more you can add to a specific group. Sometimes, this mechanism will allow you to add more apps and websites when selecting full categories.
